SILVER METALIST REWARD PROGRAM

Dr. Ziuchkovski wants you to look forward to seeing us as much as we look forward to seeing you.  When you are in treatment, we encourage you to participate in our “Silver Metalist” incentive program. At each of your regularly scheduled appointments, you can receive tokens for outstanding performance in brushing, appliance care, good cooperation, etc.  Your tokens can then be exchanged for a variety of prizes at our office.  You can even get bonus tokens for special events, referring friends, and more.
